Both. We diagnose what's going on, build the plan, and then work alongside you to implement it, so the systems become part of how your business runs, not something that relies on us being there.

Q: How long does the process typically take?

That's up to you. Some clients want an intensive few week push to fix things fast, others prefer to spread the work over a couple of months around their own pace. Most move from their first Business Health Check to a working plan within a few weeks, and we agree the timeline together based on what we find and what suits you.
