I'm Laura, founder of Novature Solutions.

Before starting Novature, I spent years in senior operational leadership roles at Aldi UK, Just Eat Takeaway.com, and Evri, managing large, complex teams across multiple sites. At Aldi, I saw what structured development looks like when it's done well, something most organisations never fully achieve. At Evri, I built apprenticeship, graduate, and diversity programmes from scratch, working with people at every stage of their career.

That experience taught me something most HR consultants don't have: I know what it's like to be the person managing a team without HR support. The late night panics about your team, the awkward conversations, the worry that you're getting it wrong. It's messy, and it's stressful.

Today, I bring that lived experience together with formal expertise, I'm CIPD qualified and a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator, including CQ Core, Train the Trainer, and CQ for Teams certifications.
