Already know where the problem is? We can go straight to fixing it. Our diagnostic process is a strong recommendation, not a requirement, if you've got a clearly defined issue that's in our scope, we're happy to start there.
1. Business Health Check
A free, quick check covering the areas most likely to be quietly costing you time, money, or good people. Takes a few minutes. Gives you a personalised result showing where to focus first.
2. The Diagnostics
Essentials Diagnostic, from £500+VAT: a focused look at the fundamentals across your people systems, recruitment, onboarding, communication, and change management. This is where most businesses start, it gives you a fast, clear read on where the obvious gaps are.
Full Diagnostic, priced individually based on the size and shape of your business: the deep work. Interviews, anonymous team surveys, and a full picture of where you're losing people and money, and why. This is the right fit if you suspect something's wrong but can't yet put your finger on it.
Not sure which one you need? It usually comes down to preference and budget rather than the size of your business. Essentials does exactly what it says on the tin, a clear read on the fundamentals. Full gives you deeper insight and data if you want the fuller picture. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
3. Delivery
Once we know what needs fixing, you choose how it gets fixed.
Project: Fixed scope, fixed fee. We agree exactly what's being delivered and get it done.
Retainer: A monthly fee with agreed delivery days and ongoing access, so you've got expert support on tap as your business keeps changing.

A set of free guides and checklists, including our ERA compliance checklist, available any time in our resources area. If your Health Check flags a specific issue, we'll also point you to the most relevant guide directly, no need to go looking for it.
